Each stage of the DT framework requires a different set of inner skills to nurture behaviours specific to that stage.
For instance, in the EMPATHISE stage, what does it really mean to empathise with your end user? How does one learn empathy? What are the behaviours required to develop empathy?
So, while design thinking says, go forth and empathise, mindfulness opens up the fountainheads of compassion, warmth, deep listening and affinity that allow you to empathise.
When design thinking urges you to define and ideate, mindfulness gives you the clarity and open mindedness you need to do so, successfully.
Finally, in the prototyping and testing stage, mindfulness provides the resilience to fail quickly, and the optimism and the emotional intelligence to persevere.

It’s a 2-day in-person program. However, it can be customized to a one-day program if required.
Our in-house DT and Mindfulness experts, come with extensive corporate and real-life experience and are backed by leading global organizations (including the world’s leading innovation company – IDEO).
We recommend limiting the cohort size to 30 people max. for optimal learning.
